How to order
You are interested in a specimen, you need more informations, you want to order...
Please send us an E-mail with the reference and price of the specimen, your name, address, telephone and fax.
We reply to you immediately and the specimen is held for 2 days awaiting your confirmation, except if we are travelling or in a mineral show.
FOR THE PAYMENT :
You can pay by a transfert on our bank account, personal check (for a purchase up to 500 US$) or credit card.
For the credit card, you can give us the details by secure page or by E-mail
E-mail credit card policy: To insure secure transfer of credit card information, if you choose to order via e-mail, please submit the first half of your credit card number with your initial order e-mail, and the second half in an additional e-mail.
SHIPPING :
Once we receive the paiement, we send you the mineral specimen.
Shipping costs will be added to the specimen price:
If you order from the European Union, under 120 Euros we will charge you for 8 Euros.
If your order is over 120 € , the shipping charges will be between 8 to 15 €.
If you order from outside European Union, under 120 US$ we will charge you for US$ 10.
If your order is over US$ 120 , the shipping charges will be between US$ 10 to 30 .
Special exceptions may apply to this, such as shipment of large, heavy, expensive or numerous specimens.
All orders over US$ 500 will be sent by Speed post.
RETURNS :
If a specimen is damaged, you must notify us at once so that we can file an insurance claim. If this is not done, you are responsible for the cost of the specimen.
You have a 15-day return period to return us the specimen to France.
As soon as we receive it in the condition it was sent, we will send you back the paiement immediately, less the shipping costs.
If a specimen is not back within 3 weeks of receipt, we will assume you keep it and the transaction will become final.
If we don't need this specimen back to France(we'll advise you what to do ), you can send it back to Chris Wright, but contact us before.

A BIT OF HISTORY
We are travelling all year long to collect fine minerals Directly in the source of production. We are travelling in Pakistan & Afghanistan, well kown destinations for worldclass fine mineral specimens such as aquamarine, tourmalines, garnets, apatites and many superb rocks !!! We have been travelling for years in Democratic Republic of Congo and Zambia for gems and for classic minerals such as Cobaltoan calcites, cuprites, botroydal & stalactite malachites, chrysocollas, dioptases, Carrollites and more fine mineral specimens... Born in Casablanca, Morocco was a logical destination for hunting minerals. Worldclass fine Azurites, erythrites, vanadnites, accanthites, argentites, were discovered in the past from this superb country.
More recently we went back, years after our late father, to China and to Namibia... Fantastic rocks were found there... Amethyst sceptres, dioptases, fluorites, bournonites, calcites, Beryls... And lots of more fine mineral specimens.... We, my brother and I, hope you will enjoy visiting our website.
